Casa Tempisque, located on lot 66 is one of our first Model D Homes under construction, which is designed with a main house and two separate apartments, one on top of the other. Every room is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and the homes are designed with big windows to create an indoor/outdoor living experience. The living room and kitchen area have an open design with a pochote (ceiba pentandra) high ceiling roof, which provides a spacious and exotic feel to this home area. In the backyard you will find the two apartments, that have their own living room with a small kitchen, and both have their separate entrances. The outer terrace has a covered area with a BBQ, while the open terrace has its own pool.

As we continue to advance with the first phase, we will move forward with the rest of Tamarindo Park. The finca spans into 37 hectares and the project is committed in maintaining as much as 86% of the nature in the property. The concept is to live as one with nature which will be achieved by implementing permaculture, regenerative agriculture and reforestation practices, as well as more common sustainable actions. Once we move forward to the other phases of the project, homeowners of the Hilltop can enjoy a wellness center, fitness center, restaurants and a sundeck in the finca, which we are planning to complied with in a few years.
