The process of segregating these 2.5-acre parcels will be done in such a way as to minimize, the need to remove trees in order to build. Also, we will be following the original guidelines for this area with regard to the maximum “foot-print” permitted which would allow UP TO 200 m2 maximum ( 2,150 sq ft ) of first floor construction. A second floor with additional “loft level” (14 meters height max) structure will be permitted as well – BUT this is PER 10,000 M2 ( 2.5 acres )

There will be no clear cutting or unnecessary elimination of tree growth whatsoever permitted here. It will be part of your agreement to purchase and we will enforce this rule on behalf of all your neighbors.
