Casa Ventana sits on a titled beachfront lot in the very exquisite area known as Ventana Beach, or Playa Ventanta, Ventana Beach is located just north of Playa Grande. Ventana is a very private and pristine white sand beach. On any given day, you will have this pristine beach to yourself. On the northern end of the beach there great snorkeling, and of course great world-class surf right out your front door.
This is a very unique time and opportunity, as rarely does a beachfront titled home come for sale in beautiful Grande and Ventana. Casa Ventana is the first estate as you enter over the small hill that separates the two pristine beaches of Grande and Ventana. Casa Ventana is a two story home resting on approximately 1/4 of an acre.
The entire estate is walled in by a approx. ten foot beautiful concrete wall, but on the beachside the wall is more open allowing for the view out to the beach.
The house on the second floor offers two rooms, two baths and a open floor plan. On the front of the home you will note a very large Terrace which is excellent for day time relaxing, reading, etc.

On the southern end of Playa Grande, Palm Beach Estates is a gated community with its own amenities. Palm Beach has a small supermarket called Wil-Mart, restaurants and a couple hotels. It also has a panga dock that allows quick boat rides up and down the estuary so that one can reach Tamarindo in five minutes for shopping or other necessities. The Great Waltini's at Hotel Bula Bula is a nice restaurant for dinner with boat taxi service to Tamarindo. Cantarana is another good choice in Palm Beach
Playa Grande Costa Rica boasts a sandy bottom and waves big enough to surf, but not big enough to prevent a comfortable swim. There are multiple surf breaks starting at the river mouth and running towards Hotel Las Tortugas
Playa Grande is most famous for its Leather Backs and surfing, but there are a variety of other activities for adventure seekers near by. The estuary from the Rio Matapalo is a popular place for visitors to see wildlife. Many travelers come for the sportfishing, stand up paddleboarding, hiking, sailing, horseback riding, diving, snorkeling, and canopy tours, all of which are a short drive away.
