This is a perfect slice of paradise on the white sandy beaches of Playa Ventanas & Playa Grande, the Gold Coast of Guanacaste. This is as close as you can legally get to the beach in Costa Rica. With very new neighbors in the surrounding area, privacy and seclusion is yours but only if you want it. You're also a short drive from tourist hot spot Tamarindo or the other direction to Conchal, Flamingo and Potrero when you can find shops, restaurants, live music and night life. The surrounding area of Playa Grande also has all the services you need.
