Grettel Solorzao was born in San Jose, Costa Rica where she spent most of her life working and studying in the Central Valley of San Jose and Heredia. She later moved to the Caribbean side of Costa Rica, “Limon,” and currently lives in Guanacaste on the Pacific Coast. Grettel has taken several seminars in real estate from “Camara Costarricense de corredores de bienes y raices,” CCCBR, and “Costa Rica Global Association of Real Estate,” CRGAR. She attended the University of Costa Rica where she took classes and seminars in art, cultures, and society. She has actively worked in real estate since 2004, and has sold several properties in Guanacaste. She has her clients' best interests in mind, as well as the well being of her country. She is forthright and knowledgeable about Costa Rican real estate law and the local real estate market. “I, as a Costarrican, do everything possible to advise the developers and buyers to maintain the natural beauty of Costa Rica. One of the main reasons that people come here to live, work, and enjoy the beautiful eco-sensitive environment is that Costa Rica has one of the longest democracies in Latin-America.
