Lothar Steinbuch, Sales Director of 1st Choice Realty & Investment Group, has been active in real estate since 1987. He was born in Germany and spent many years successfully building his own corporation in Berlin. Later, he moved to Spain where he was successful in selling and constructing homes. Since joining 1st Choice Realty he has played an active role in property development, construction and training of real estate agents. Lothar has been a resident of Costa Rica since 2003 and continues his success. To date, he has built several properties including the commercial center in Tamarindo, "Sol-Center," and more than five other homes. Lothar has worked alongside Chad Fisher with 1st Choice Realty since 2004.
